Remembrance Day

CARP – Around 300 people attended today’s (Nov. 11) Remembrance Day service held at the West Carleton War Memorial in-person, despite organizers encouraging people watch the service livestreamed online as a precaution in the age of COVID-19.

CONSTANCE BAY – The world has changed a lot in the last two years, but one constant is the West Carleton Royal Canadian Legion honouring Canada’s veterans on the Saturday (Nov. 6) before Remembrance Day.

CARP – For the second year in a row, COVID-19 has cancelled the West Carleton War Memorial in-person Remembrance Day service.
