FITZROY HARBOUR – Several Fitzroy Harbour parents are tired of the rotating carousel of principals that have been coming through the tiny St. Michael’s Catholic School, Fitzroy Harbour and are pressing the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) for some permanency in the position.
