CARP – The Carp Fair’s return last weekend (Sept. 24 to 26) from its COVID-19 exile in 2020 was welcomed by tens of thousands of fairgoers in a clear show the Best Little Fair in Canada was sadly missed, not only in the West Carlton community, but around Ottawa, the Valley and beyond.
