Missing woman last seen on Carp Road

STITTSVILLE – Ottawa police are searching for a missing woman whose credit card was last used at a Carp Road gas station.
Yesterday (March 3), the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) told the media it was searching for a missing woman.
“The OPS is asking for public assistance to locate a missing woman, Louise Hasbani, age 78,” the OPS released in a statement yesterday evening. “She was last seen in the Fallowfield Road and Cedarview Road area around 11 a.m.”
This morning (March 4) the OPS released new information related to the investigation that pinpointed a new relevant location along Carp Road.
“Hasbani used her credit card to get gas at a service station on Carp Road in Stittsville this morning at about 9:15 a.m.,” the OPS said. “Police continue to ask the public for their help in locating her.”
Hasbani owns a Black, 2012 Nissan Versa sedan, Ontario licence plate number BDFS402.
Hasbani is described as Caucasian, 5’4 (163 cm) tall, medium length white hair. She wears prescription glasses. It is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she was last seen.
“Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Hasbani or her vehicle is asked to contact the OPS – West Staff’s Desk at 613-236-1222 ext. 2912,” the OPS said. “Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or at crimestoppers.ca.”
