Missing 77-year-old female with dementia

OTTAWA – A 77-year-old female with dementia has been reported missing.

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for public assistance in locating Linda Lafoley from Ottawa. She was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, in the area of Bloor Avenue on foot. The missing female suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s and there are concerns for her well-being.
Lafoley is described as a Caucasian female, 5’3″, medium build, short brown graying hair, wearing blue and white checkered collared short-sleeve shirt, blue cargo shorts, Sketcher sneakers with an orange and white pattern. Lafoley has a distinctive walk with one hand on her side.
