Lots of WC rain tonight through Monday night

WEST CARLETON – We’ve had lots of rain today (Sept. 18) and Environment Canada says expect buckets more through tomorrow (Sept. 19) night.
“Showers, at times heavy, this evening through Monday,” Environment Canada released in a statement today in a special weather statement.
Environment Canada is calling for rainfall amounts totalling 30 to 40 millimetres.
“Locally higher amounts are possible,” Environment Canada said. “Showers and thunderstorms have developed over central and eastern Ontario and are expected to continue intermittently through Monday evening. Locally higher rainfall amounts are possible in areas that receive thunderstorms.”
