City honours fallen police, peace officers

OTTAWA – Flags at all City of Ottawa sites will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 30, to commemorate Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day.

Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day is a time to remember the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.
