Charity golf tournament for Ukraine around the corner

DUNROBIN – The St. Paul’s United Church Charity Golf Tournament for Ukraine is just around the corner but there is still time to get in on the fun.
The 18 hole best ball scramble tournament will be held at the Edgewood Links Golf Club (3654 Dunrobin Rd.) on Saturday, Aug. 27. There is a 1 p.m. shotgun start and the day includes dinner as well as much more.
The full day event begins at noon with check-in and some small games to play. Following golf there will be a silent auction and mixer followed by dinner and door prizes. The cost is $110 per player and includes green fees, power cart, catered dinner, the auction, games and door prizes. Dinner only is $35. One hundred per cent of the proceeds will go to purchasing medical supplies for Ukraine.
