WEST CARLETON – After months of preparing the rinks and assessing the health risks, the West Carleton Outdoor Hockey League has decided to cancel the 2021 outdoor hockey league season.

CARP – It’s a year of uncertainty and challenges and the Huntley Curling Club (HCC) will take them head-on after deciding to move forward with a curling season and begin fundraising for a new roof to replace the leaky one.

WEST CARLETON – Kids in West Carleton got an early Christmas present today (Dec. 14) when West Carleton Outdoor Hockey League (WCOHL) convenors confirmed there would be an outdoor season this year.

WEST CARLETON – The West Carleton Rivermen and the Eastern Ontario Super Hockey League (EOSHL) are still in limbo as owners continue to look at options for a potential season starting in the new year.

CARP – Some hopefuls have already been seen and more are expected to hit the ice in what is a (hopefully) unique training camp as the West Carleton Inferno get to work on season three in the National Capital Junior Hockey League (NCJHL).

OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators are raring to go as the new NHL season looks likely to kick off on Jan. 1, 2021.

WEST CARLETON – The National Capital Junior C Hockey League (NCJHL) has come up with a date to start this year’s season.

CARP – If you are a hockey player born between 2000 and 2004, the West Carleton junior C Inferno are looking for you.

WEST CARLETON – The province’s new tiered approach to COVID-19 regulations means West Carleton minor hockey players may soon be back on the ice.
