CORKERY – It was the night the lights went on in Corkery. On Friday, Dec. 6 the community association hosted its first Christmas Tree Lighting celebration at the community centre.

Chauvin to captain Kinburn’s Station 61

KINBURN – Kinburn’s own Luc Chauvin is the new captain of Ottawa Fire Station 61. The promotion was made official in a ceremony Wednesday (Nov. 27) evening at the Kinburn fire station.
