Carp Village Harvest Supper seeking sponsorship

CARP – The Carp Village Harvest Supper brings together community members, local leaders, families, and businesses to celebrate connection, community spirit, and the harvest season.

The semi-regular community supper, last held in the fall of 2023, brings people from across the city together for an incredible meal featuring the Carp-area’s harvest specialties from food to wine and much more.

“We’re excited to invite your organization to become a sponsor of this year’s Harvest Supper on Oct. 3,” hosts the Village of Carp Business Improvement Area released in a statement yesterday (May 19). “As a sponsor, you’ll not only help make this special evening possible, but also gain meaningful visibility among attendees and demonstrate your support for one of our community’s signature events. Your support helps us continue building a memorable event that brings people together while celebrating everything that makes our community special.”

Sponsorship opportunities are still available at the following levels:

• Lead Sponsor (limited to one sponsor) – $7,500
• Harvest Sponsor (limited to three sponsors) – $2,500
• Community Sponsor (limited to five sponsors) – $1,000 or equivalent in-kind (only one spot left at this level)

“Hosted by the Village of Carp BIA and held at beautiful KIN Vineyards, this special fall gathering brings our community together around a harvest table filled with the very best our region has to offer,” the BIA said. :Enjoy a delicious supper prepared with locally grown produce and locally raised meats, shared in the spirit of the season and the farmers, growers, and neighbours who make our food system thrive.”

Set against the autumn vineyards, the evening will be relaxed, joyful, and full of harvest charm. After supper, the celebration continues with music by Carp’s very own The Berns, and plenty of dancing and merriment under the fall sky
