Tree Pose Yoga providing free summer of classes

CONSTANCE BAY – Get your stretch on, virtually, for free.
Constance Bay’s Tree Pose Yoga and Wellness has a full slate of classes this week all part of a summer of free membership privileges.
“Join me this week for lots of yoga, fitness, meditation and movement,” owner and instructor Victoria Lefebre released in a statement yesterday (July 5). “Our membership remains open to all and free for the summer months.”
Lefebre has been teaching health and fitness for 14 years and added yoga to her repertoire nearly three years ago.
“Yoga came in to my life to help rehab a severe back injury,” she told West Carleton Online last year. “Then I started to notice the connection between mind, body and spirit. That’s when I decided to do my yoga teacher training. Yoga forces you to look in to your breath and address your stress levels and your anxiety. Often the issues in your tissues has an emotional side.”
Lefebre led last year’ popular Yoga at the Beach in Constance Bay. Of course, due to COVID-19 restrictions she was unable to do that this year but has moved her teaching online and making it free for all.
Online from the comfort of your own home or outdoor space.
