The West Carleton Non-Profit Housing Corp.

Has an opening for a part-time maintenance person. The WCNP is a 25 apartment (self contained) housing complex for senior citizens located at 518 Donald B. Munro Drive, Carp.

Custodial Duties – part-time – 12 hours/week minimum – additional hours as needed

Reports directly to the Manager. Responsible for maintenance of the building and equipment operating within the building. Responsible for checking various electrical systems and keeping equipment maintenance schedules up to date. Responsible for building safety and cleanliness. Responsible for maintenance in tenant apartments including basic plumbing, painting or minor repairs as required. Maintaining exterior building attractiveness. Other related duties as required. On call for emergencies.
