KINBURN – What is expected to be the crown jewel of West Carleton’s snowmobile trails and a key link to Quebec’s network of trails across the river, may not even get approval to open this year, outgoing West Carleton Snowmobile Trails Association (WCSTA) President Paul McDonald said during last night’s (Oct. 13) annual general meeting (AGM).

WEST CARLETON – The City of Ottawa is currently in negotiations with Canadian National Railway (CN Rail) to purchase the roughly 35-kilometre rail line through West Carleton.
