Savvy Seconds popping up in the Bay Aug. 16
CONSTANCE BAY – Free clothing venue Savvy Seconds is having a pop up sale in Constance Bay Thursday (Aug. 16).
Savvy Seconds, partnered with Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre (WOCRC), will hold its second Pop Up Shops event this week, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the NorthWind Wireless Fibe Centre located at 262 Len Purcell Dr. The first one was held Aug. 14.
Gently used clothing is available free of charge for any shopper. There will be a variety of clothing options for families with children and older adults. WOCRC staff will be on site to provide information about their services and referrals.
Savvy Seconds is a free clothing venue for the whole family. Their store is located at 5670 Carp Road in the West Carleton Community Complex. It is free and confidential. Anyone can make an appointment to see the current inventory to take what they need. Donations of clean, gently used clothing gratefully accepted.
