Police issue warrant for man accused of drugging women in the west end

KANATA – The Ottawa police are on the hunt for a 47-year-old man suspected of drugging women.

An arrest warrant is being issued for an Ottawa man who police believe slipped drugs into the drinks of two people and sexually assaulted them. Police say two victims were drugged on separate occasions at a west Ottawa establishment last spring.

Jason Christopher Drisdelle is charged with:

  • Sexual assault (4 counts)
  • Administer noxious substance

Drisdelle is described as:

  • White
  • 6′ 0” (183 cm) 
  • Heavy/athletic build
  • Short brown hair with specks of grey
  • Trimmed brown beard, also with specks of grey

Investigators are concerned that there could be more victims.
