Point patio finally here

CONSTANCE BAY -The Point Dining Lounge has joined the list of West Carleton restaurants with an open patio.

The popular Constance Bay restaurant announced yesterday (June 15).

“It’s finally here,” owners Mary and Rick Charlebois released in a statement. “The Point Patio will welcome customers back starting tomorrow (June 16) at noon.”

Hours will be noon to 9 p.m.Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays. The kitchen will close at 8 p.m.

“There will be signage posted to explain the new procedures we have to follow,” the owners said. “Please take time to read them as things are going to be different for a while.”

Staff will be wearing masks and taking extra time to sanitize tables between customers. The barbecue pit will continue to operate noon to 6 p.m. on weekends for those who want a quick “grab and go” snack.

“The Pit is accessed from outside the patio,” the Charlebois said. “Can’t wait to see everybody again.”
