Branch 616 is heavy into the Christmas Season with the Calendar jammed with events since Remembrance Day.

CONSTANCE BAY – Branch 616 always observes Remembrance Day on the Saturday preceding Nov. 11. This year it falls on Nov. 4. The parade forms up on McConnell in front of Happy Times at 1 p.m. hours and marches off at 1:30 p.m. down Constance Bay Road to the Legion for the ceremony at the cenotaph.

CONSTANCE BAY – Branch 616 is past the halfway point in the renovation. The bar is operational and looks fantastic. Finishing touches are underway. Thank you, to the contractors who are working tirelessly to get ’er done.

CONSTANCE BAY – Branch 616 renovations started on Saturday, Sept. 2. The branch was closed on those days; now we are open at the regular time with bar service from the kitchen for the duration of the construction.

CONSTANCE BAY – Branch 616 is well into the Legion fiscal year. The new executives are in place and the members have adjusted to their roles. We had a super-successful Canada Day Party, the first big event of the Legion’s new year.

CONSTANCE BAY – Branch 616 is experiencing a positive return to normalcy in the wake of the pandemic.
