Lego dragon wins Lego Iron Throne

CARP – Much like the tension in the final season of Game of Thrones, there’s been some building going on at the Carp branch of the Ottawa Public Library.

It seems like everyone has Game of Throne’s fever as the long-running HBO show wrapped up its final season Sunday night (May 19).

The show is an award-winning adaption of fantasy writer George R. R. Martin’s book.

Meanwhile, at the Carp library Tuesday, May 14, library staff hosted their semi-regular, fully popular Adult Lego Block Party.

Carp resident Kirsten Smith used her adult Lego time to re-create a scene from Game of Thrones: Danerys, Mother of Dragons, swooping down on the Red Keep on one of her dragons. Probably Viserion.
