FHCA membership drive on now, AGM March 28

FITZROY HARBOUR – Become a member of the Fitzroy Harbour Community Association (FHCA) just in time to vote in the March 28 Annual General Meeting.

The FHCA AGM will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 7 p.m. at the Fitzroy Harbour Community Centre.

All community members are encouraged to attend. Residents in the Harbour, who have not yet, are encouraged to purchase a membership with the FHCA.

“One of the ways that the FHCA helps funds activities is through the sale of annual memberships,” the volunteer board released in a statement. “Members are entitled to vote at the AGM, sign up for our sports programs, rent the hall at a discount and send their kids to day camp.”

Memberships are $20 for a family, $15 for an individual and a donation for seniors. If you are able to support the FHCA through a membership purchase, you can buy online at fitzroyharbour.com or mail a cheque to FHCA, 100 Clifford Campbell Street, Fitzroy Harbour ON K0A 1X0.

Memberships will be on sale at the FHCA AGM. FHCA executive and volunteer positions are also open on the board and will be voted for at the AGM.
