WEST CARLETON – Organizers had no idea if anyone would even show up for the 43rd Red Trillium Studio Tour held in the midst of the second wave of COVID-19.

CARP – The Diefenbunker Cold War Museum’s concrete walls will be warm for the winter as 2020 Artist-in-Residence Greta Grip’s work will soon be on display.

HOLLYWOOD – The Mel Gibson movie filmed in the Ottawa Valley, including Carp last March, now has a trailer.

CARP – The entries are in and even as we type, certified judges are pouring over submissions to award the coveted red ribbons in the Carp Fair 2020 Showcase.

CARP – Carp’s Josh Cybulski, known in the Ottawa Valley as the voice of the Arnprior Packers, is set to become a first-time author after a process 12 years in the making.

WEST CARLETON – While The Best Little Fair in Canada is taking a COVID-19 forced year off, the spirit of the Carp Fair will be alive and well as a showcase will feature the best of the community in homecraft and agriculture.

CARP – Twenty-six local artists have been selected by an independent jury to participate in this year’s Expressions of Art Online Show and Sale hosted by the West Carleton Arts Society (WCAS).
