DUNROBIN – West Carleton Secondary School (WCSS), working with the Ottawa Police Service (OPS), say an alleged case of a student making deadly threats, has been dealt with and students at the school are perfectly safe.

OTTAWA – Last night’s damaging wind storm kept Ottawa fire crews busy across the city, all night long.

VYDON ACRES – All nine Vydon Acre Canada Post super-mailboxes were toppled sometime Saturday (Nov. 20) evening and Ottawa police are investigating the incident.

ARNPRIOR – Fitzroy Harbour strongman accomplished another incredible feat of strength Saturday (Nov. 13) lifting 111,600 lbs (50,621 kilograms) in a 10-hour weightlifting marathon raising more than $3,000 for the University of Ottawa’s Heart Institute.
