GALETTA – On Saturday (March 4) a group of about 30 people braved snowy road conditions, banged tin buckets, recited a wassailing chant and hung toast from a tree, all to ensure a great apple harvest next season for Farmgate Cider’s delicious product.

CARP – Nearby volunteer firefighters were quickly on scene, and prevented a fully involved car from destroying a Carp-area garage it was parked in and the home the garage was attached to yesterday (Feb. 7).
