ALMONTE – After a long stretch or seemingly improving health, Almonte long-term care home Country Haven reported two new yesterday (May 15).

The good news at Almonte Country Haven is there’s now less than five residents who have COVID-19. Thirteen staff members at the long-term care home in Almonte have also tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Stoneridge Manor in Carleton Place has recorded six COVID-19-related deaths. A total of 52 of the 60 residents have tested positive and roughly five staff members are listed as confirmed cases.

Bonnechere Manor in Renfrew remains in an active outbreak status after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 last weekend. No residents at the long-term care home in Renfrew have tested positive for COVID-19.
