Ottawa Wind Concerns is hosting a drop-in event at the Kinburn Community Centre on April 26, from 5 to 7 p.m., where people can get more information, and fill out the city’s opinion survey on paper, on the City of Ottawa’s new Zoning Bylaw and rural issues.
