UPTick Virtual Town Hall

University of Ottawa researchers, led by Dr. Manisha Kulkarni, are conducting the UPTick project on ticks and Lyme disease in areas of Kanata North & South, Stittsville and Carp. The project aims to assess the impacts of urban change on tick populations and tick-borne disease transmission.
The team will hold a virtual town hall meeting on May 26 from 6 to 7 pm to share information about this project and the second-year’s results with stakeholders and community members of four study neighborhoods.
This event in English will take place online as a video conference through Zoom. If you’re new to Zoom, be sure to give yourself 5 minutes before the meeting start time to get set up.
