SUMMARY:UPTick Virtual Town Hall
DESCRIPTION:University of Ottawa researchers\, led by Dr. Manisha Kulkarni\, are conducting the UPTick project on ticks and Lyme disease in areas of Kanata North & South\, Stittsville and Carp. The project aims to assess the impacts of urban change on tick populations and tick-borne disease transmission. \nThe team will hold a virtual town hall meeting on May 26 from 6 to 7 pm to share information about this project and the second-year’s results with stakeholders and community members of four study neighborhoods. \nThis event in English will take place online as a video conference through Zoom.
