West Carleton non-profit housing seeking office manager

CARP – The West Carleton Non-Profit Housing Corporation is seeking applicants for the position of office manager.
The West Carleton is located at 518 Donald B. Munro Dr. just outside the Village of Carp.
“This is a permanent part time position of 25 hours a week,” the West Carleton Non-Profit Housing Corporation’s Sharon Roper said. “On call for emergencies.”
The successful applicant will require knowledge of the Housing Services Act (HAS) and its regulations; City of Ottawa Service Manager Directives that outline the mandated policies and procedures association with the implementation of HAS including the administration of rent geared to income; (RGI) housing; QuickBoooks desktop accounting; general knowledge of building construction components and dealing with contractors who need to be engaged to repair or update; Microsoft Office, Wordperfect and Excel spreadsheets; and Asset Planner software.
