WCAS summer showcase an online flip book
By Jake Davies - West Carleton Online
WEST CARLETON – The West Carleton Art Society (WCAS) wants you to meet the artists and see the art in their annual summer showcase, but in the era of COVID-19 will be doing so in the form of an online flip book.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many of the venues that show WCAS artists’ work are currently closed to the public. So the WCAS has launched the Summer Showcase flip book.
The Summer Showcase flip book features 34 artists from the WCAS and their work.
“Browse the art, meet the artists,” the WCAS released in a statement. “It’s all in the flip book. For best viewing, click to view in full screen. To turn pages, use the trackwheel of your mouse or swipe from right to left. If you see something you would like to purchase, please contact the artist directly through their contact information on this webpage or through their social media profiles.”
