MARCHURST – Kanata-Carleton People’s Party of Canada (PPC) candidate Scott Miller came on board as soon as Max Bernier’s renegade party was created for the 2019 election, meaning Miller will be one of the most experienced candidates in the riding heading towards Election Day on Sept. 20.
