Second candidates’ debate scheduled in Carp, Oct. 8

CARP – There are now two all-candidates debates scheduled in West Carleton for the 2019 election campaign.
All five candidates are expected to attend the Huntly Community Association’s (HCA) All Candidates’ Debate scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8 starting at 7 p.m. at the Carp Mess Hall.
“Please join the Huntley Community Association for an All Candidates Debate, featuring the five Kanata-Carleton candidates running in the 2019 federal election,” the HCA released in a statement today (Sept. 13). “This event will be moderated with prepared questions posed to the candidates. Questions from the floor will also be encouraged.”
The Mess Hall is located at 2240 Craig’s Side Rd. Light refreshments will be provided.
The first all candidates meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 24 in Kinburn.
