Pickleballers bringing picklebeats to C Bay club
CONSTANCE BAY – The Constance Bay Pickleball Club (CBPC) will be adding beats to this Thursday’s (Sept. 8) regular pickleball programming.
The CBPC is getting a reputation for being a pretty fun bunch. At this Thursday’s regular 6 p.m. pickleball session, with six courts available on the Len Russell Rink behind the NorthWind Wireless Fibre Centre (262 Len Purcell Dr.) the club will be adding beats to their paddling.
“This Thursday, we’re playing pickleball to music,” CBPC co-founder Suzanne Monnon told West Carleton Online today (Sept. 6). “We’re calling it Picklebeats. Wear your bright colours. If you have a tie-dye or a Hawaiian shirt, that’s perfect. Dancing will happen.”
The club is open for anyone to participate. There is a small drop-in fee for non-members.
