Clarke Kelly and a team of City of Ottawa staffers attempted to address those issues directly with the residents during a town hall meeting.

CITY HALL – Following a 23-1 vote in favour of approving a motion to send Evolugen’s request for a Municipal Support Resolution to the June 5 Agriculture and Rural Affairs committee (ARAc) meeting, June 5, West Carleton-March Coun. Clarke Kelly says amalgamation has been a “miserable failure” for West Carleton.
