OPH hosting rural, agricultural business re-opening workshop July 9

WEST CARLETON – Rural and agricultural businesses around West Carleton will soon be doing something they have never done before – re-opening after being closed due to a global pandemic.
Ottawa Public Health (OPH), in partnership with the Ottawa Board of Trade, is hosting a Business Reopening Workshop specifically geared towards rural and agricultural businesses
“The workshop will be held July 9 at 1 p.m. on Zoom and will include a short presentation by our Associate Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Brent Moloughney followed by an open question and answer session,” Coun. Eli El-Chantiry released in a statement today (June 30). “OPH will be promoting their existing resources and assisting local business troubleshoot common challenges in adapting to prevent and lower the risk of transmission of COVID-19.”
