Peacefully, at Symphony Retirement Residence in Kanata on Friday evening, January 17, 2020, Ada Grace Casselman passed away at the age of 75. Beloved wife of James “Jim” Casselman. Loving mother of Kevin (Karen), Steven (Lynda), Tony and Jennifer (John). Cherished Grandma and “Gommie” of Loreli, Chelsea (Jon Reid), Christian, Courtney (Jack), Dalton, Gregory, Eric, Kayla and Dayton and great-grandma of Cadence, Everett, Landon and Calysto. Dear sister of Lloyd Keirstead (Mae). Ada was predeceased by sister Myrtis McLean (Angus) and grandson Derek. She was the daughter of the late George and Erna (Hayes) Keirstead. Arrangements by the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., where visitation will be held Tuesday January 21, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

Visitation will be held again at the Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church Wednesday January 22, 2020 after 12 noon. A Celebration of Ada’s Life will begin at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception in the church hall. Spring Interment St. Thomas Cemetery, Woodlawn. In memory of Ada, a donation can be made to the Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church or to the Geriatric Psychiatry Program of the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.
