Harbour youth group hosting Minute to Win It
Special to WC Online
FITZROY HARBOUR – If you’re quick on your feet, you just might have what it takes to win it. In a minute.
Attention all youth ages 12 to 18,” the Fitzroy Harbour Youth Group (FHYG) released in a statement Sunday (March 12). “Join us for a night of fun with minute to win it games, competition and snacks.”
On March 24, from 7 to 9 p.m. local youth can head to Baldwin Hall at the Bethel-St. Andrew Anglican Church (184 Jack Lougheed Way) for an evening of fun and games based on the television game show, Minute to Win It. Participants have one minute to complete a fun task involving focus, coordination and ingenuity.
The FHYG was created last year as a way to provide an opportunity for West Carleton youth to get together with their peers and have fun participating in a variety of events with friends.
In the past the FHYG has hosted Nerf Tag, hosted a bonfire, and just gotten together to watch a hockey game.
Event are supervised by a church volunteer.
