Harbour community association AGM outside Oct. 13

FITZROY HARBOUR – You might require a jacket at this year’s Fitzroy Harbour Community Association (FHCA) annual general meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
To maintain a safe protocol in the age of COVID-19, the FHCA executive will host the AGM outside.
This AGM was rescheduled due to the early COVID-19 outbreak last March.
“The FHCA annual general meeting, postponed from March due to the pandemic, will now be held Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 6:30 p.m.,” the FHCA board released in a statement today (Sept. 14). “It will be situated outside, physically distanced, under the picnic shelter at the community centre. All community members are welcome to attend.”
FHCA memberships will be on sale and there are a number of FHCA executive and volunteer positions to be filled.
“Find out about 2019 successes and our plans going forward,” the board said. “The FHCA volunteer executive works hard to make your village a great place to live, come out to the meeting to show your support.”
