Almonte Celtfest kicks off with Friday in the Park is presented by the Cavanagh Foundation.  Join us for a family-friendly evening in the park featuring music by East Coast songwriter Lennie Gallant and Graham Lindsey & Friends. Food and craft vendors will be open, Little Celtz will have games and crafts for the kids.  

Come out for a day of family-friendly entertainment in Gemmill Park featuring music from Leahy, Derina Harvey Band, Bon Débarras, the Joe Ray McDonald band, Cécilia, AILÍSE, Barley Shakers and the Ottawa Celtic Choir.  Saturday morning workshops offer a wide variety of lessons, instructors, and activities, including step dancing, guitar, various levels of fiddle, and more.  There will also be Celtic Market featuring artists, makers and food vendors, crafts, yard games and face painting for the kids, Gaelic sports matches…

A day of family-friendly entertainment featuring music from Kelly Sloan & JIG, Chelsey Jun & the Woven Ones, CR5 Bluegrass, the Celtfest Youth Showcase,  the Danny O'Connell Awards presentation and the Almonte Legion Pipe band. There will also be a Celtic Market featuring artists, makers and food vendors, crafts, yard games and face painting for the kids, performances by buskers along Mill st. featuring the Riversong Players and more.  Entrance is by donation     

Arnprior Braeside McNab Seniors at Home Dinners' Club July 9th 2026 at 5pm. Entertainment Steve Williams and Nic Smithson. Choice of chicken breast or pork chop $25 includes meal soup dessert tea coffee gratuity and entertainment. Limited seating tickets can be purchased at Jim's or at agency office. Seniors 55+, individuals with special needs and newcomers are welcomed.
