There’s a new constellation in the sky and it’s Canadian!

Join us for an evening of discovery with Canada’s leading scientist in remote sensing.  Dr. Vern Singhroy will tell us about how the new RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM) Earth observation satellites are helping scientists, governments, and organizations understand what’s happening on our planet.

Dr. Singhroy will use national and regional examples to show how radar and other imagery can be used for issues relevant to residents in Carp:  forests, fires, floods and infrastructure monitoring.
