Village of HOPE campaign launches September 25th (Dave Smith Day as declared by Mayor Jim Watson).  DSYTC is set to raise $4million to complete the much needed youth live-in treatment facility in Carp, Ontario for youth aged 13 -21 struggling with addiction and related mental health issues.  Since 1993 this program has been free to any youth aged 13 -21 in Ontario.
