Nick Shepherd is a local author who will signing copies of his book “No Fun at Great Toys.” This novel tells the story of a family business that has concentrated on making money but forgotten about the importance of its’ people and their relationships.

This book, the first of two, tells how the new CEO is faced with demotivated staff, unhappy customers and suppliers and a community that has been neglected. It tells the story of how he involves people and is able to turn the business around and re-build important relationships. Nick has over fifty years of business experience and has written many books on corporate culture.
