A birthday party in George Wilson’s honour will be held Saturday, June 4, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carp Mess Hall (2240 Craig Side Rd.).

Anyone who knows Wilson, from either his days in West Carleton as a gym teacher or through his time with the Carp Agricultural Society and many other volunteer endeavors is invited to drop by and share their well-wishes. Light refreshments will be served.

“No gifts please,” organizers ask.

There will be a cash bar and your hosts are Isabel, Patsy and Krista.
