Saturday, Dec 8th, 1-4pm: Foraging Class

For the December foraging class we’ll be doing something different.  Instead of focussing on plants to eat or use for medicine, although we’ll find a few of those too, we’ll gather natural items for making seasonal crafts as gifts and decorations.  You’ll be amazed at how beautiful objects made from nature are…

We’ll start inside with some ideas for nature art, head out with bags and clippers to collect our raw materials and then come back inside for warm tea beside a fireplace to make things, have some foraged snacks and answer questions about using foraged plants for food and medicine.
