This year we are celebrating some big anniversaries for our church buildings and to celebrate properly we are having a big party. There will be hotdogs, cake, our usual backpack /workbag blessing, ice cream and, we hope, lots of people past and present to join in the celebrations. We want to make this a really big celebration and to do that we want to share with as many people as possible including our local community.  

 

In the days ahead you may receive a call inviting you or your family. Do please come along if you can—even if you haven’t been to church in a while. If you know someone who might not be on our list, invite them along  to our big party. Invite a neighbour or someone who hasn’t visited us before

 

If you’re able, come for the service at 10:30.  Students can bring back packs, bags. laptops or any school-related materials for a special back to school bless. Not a student? Bring a workbag, laptop or even id badge and we’ll bless that too. If you can’t make the service, join us at 12 PM on the front lawn of St John’s for festivities, food and fun
