KINBURN – West Carleton Online has attended a lot of events at the Kinburn Community Centre over the years.

CARP – It was a furious comeback stopped one run short for the West Carleton Electric in the second round, knockout format game of the U20 Canadian Fast Pitch Championship just wrapped up this afternoon (Aug. 24).

CARP – The West Carleton Electric crushed their opening day at the U20 Canadian Fast Pitch Championship now underway in Carp this week.

CARP – Last week was a hot one. Sunny skies and record-breaking temperatures prevailed as trailers rolled into the Carp Agricultural Society (CAS) fairgrounds for the Eastern Ontario Quarter Horse Association (EOPHA) annual Hot, Hot Summer Sizzler horse show (Aug. 1 to 4).

CARP – With the 2024 U20 Men’s Canadian Fast Pitch Championship 18 days away, you can now find out what kind of test the West Carleton Electric will be up against as tournament organizers have finally released the schedule.

DUNROBIN – South Africa’s Barend Botha, 22, took the lead to the Commissionaires Ottawa Open at the end of the second round, lost the lead briefly in the fourth round yesterday (July 28) before getting it back on his last swing of the tournament to win the title in just his second as a professional.

DUNROBIN – As Day 2 winds down on the Commissionaires Ottawa Open at Eagle Creek in Dunrobin, players are shooting low and even a torrential downpour hasn’t slowed them down a bit.

CARP – After two years of the Carp Shootout fastball tournament, there is still only one name on the championship trophy.

CARP – The first of three elite-level fast pitch tournaments kicks off in Carp this weekend with the big cash tournament the Carp Shootout delivering the first pitch tomorrow evening (July 19).

DUNROBIN – The Kanata Rangers U13 girls hockey team wrapped up a great season recently, making it all the way to the provincial championships and backstopped by Dunrobin’s Nina Darras.
