CITY HALL – During last week’s (July 4) Agriculture and Rural Affairs committee (ARAc) meeting, vice chair Coun. Clarke Kelly spilled the tea on his recent trip to the Rural Association of Municipalities of Ontario (ROMA) conference held in Toronto in late January.

CONSTANCE BAY – Ward 5 Coun. Clarke Kelly recently brought key city staff including bylaw and legal to Constance Bay to discuss a variety of issues regarding beach access.

KINBURN – Work neighbours Coun. Clarke Kelly and the West Carleton Kids Korner (WCKK) were involved in a vocal, heated argument at the West Carleton Community Complex today (July 3) in which the Ottawa police got involved, and now both sides are presenting opposing views of what exactly happened.

KINBURN – A well attended first step in the road to next fall’s Rural Summit last Saturday (June 1), ended with City of Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe dropping by and promising attendees their rural voices will be heard.
