MARATHON VILLAGE – It is clearly corn season in West Carleton, and on Aug. 27, Linda Loop Park will host Marathon Village’s annual corn roast.

DUNROBIN – St. Mary’s Anglican Church was filled with music and prayer with the dawning of the sun as the backdrop last night (Aug. 9), as the church brought back the Choral Evensong to the community.

OTTAWA – Fair season kicks off this weekend in Ottawa with the debut of the Navan Fair Aug. 10 and will continue right through to the beginning of October.

CONSTANCE BAY – Years ago, the Jones’ pollinator garden was front page news for months. Last Sunday (July 30) their beautiful, wild garden was a stop on an Ottawa Horticulture Society tour of Ottawa’s top pollinator gardens.
