VICTORIA, BC – Major-General (Ret’d) Ken Lett’s extraordinary journey commenced a hundred years ago on July 13, 1923, in Carp, nestled in the picturesque Ottawa Valley. Growing up on his family’s farm, he cultivated a strong work ethic by tending to the land and assisting with livestock.
