STITTSVILLE – The Galetta Lawn Bowls club was linked with the Galetta Community Association (GCA) at inception and when the city said that partnership could not continue as it had, it eventually spelled the end of the mostly senior lawn bowling group.

DUNROBIN – A grass fire just outside of Dunrobin earlier this afternoon (March 25) spread to a garage of two well known community members and has closed roads in the area.
