Carp pharmacy taking physical distancing precautions

CARP – The West Carleton Pharmasave has instituted new policies to help customers maintain physical distancing precautions.

To avoid waiting in the store for prescription refills, the pharmacy asks customers to call ahead to request a renewal, and they will tell you when it can be ready, usually within the same day of the request. Customers can pre-pay the bill in advance, using a credit card.

The pharmacy will have your prescription ready, so you don’t need to pay at the cash.

If you need a few other “front store” items that are on the shelf, staff can gather these together and you can include them in your prepaid purchase that will be ready in a bag.

Staff limitations however, will require you place these orders with additional items a day in advance, for pick up the following day.
